Lucky Games Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Lucky Games platform — whether through the website at luckygames.bar, the mobile app or any other interface made available by Lucky Games — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky Games with respect to your use of the platform. Lucky Games reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

To register a Lucky Games account you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust or other legal entity).
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Lucky Games account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information including your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You must be registering and using the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

Lucky Games reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

One account per person, per household and per device is permitted. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same identity, address, payment method or device, Lucky Games may merge, suspend or close those accounts and void associated bets and bonuses at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any one-time passcode with any other person. Lucky Games will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Lucky Games support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured. Lucky Games is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Lucky Games employs industry-standard security measures to protect your account and personal data. However, no digital platform is entirely free from risk and you should take your own precautions including using a strong, unique password and not accessing your account from shared or public devices.

Lucky Games accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and selected mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed on the Deposit page.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends or any other persons — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the transaction may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Lucky Games does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Lucky Games is not responsible for any fees levied by JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or any other payment intermediary.

Lucky Games reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal where the deposit source has not been previously verified. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your Lucky Games account. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for your most recent deposit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed on the Withdrawal page.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for accounts in good standing. VIP-tier accounts benefit from priority processing. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, public holidays or where additional verification is required.

Lucky Games may withhold a withdrawal pending verification of your identity, payment method or the legitimacy of the funds being withdrawn. Where a withdrawal is withheld, Lucky Games will notify you of the reason and the information required to resolve it.

• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Lucky Games reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per day or per week; current limits are published on the Withdrawal page.
• Repeated withdrawal requests followed by re-deposits of the same funds may be flagged as suspicious activity.

Lucky Games offers bonuses, promotional credits and VIP cashback to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In cases where a general bonus term and a promotion-specific term conflict, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet using the bonus before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.

The VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Your tier is assessed monthly based on total deposit activity across all game categories. Weekly cashback credits are issued as bonus funds and are subject to a reduced wagering requirement compared to standard promotional bonuses. Full VIP terms are published on the VIP page.

Lucky Games reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, any qualifying activity completed before the termination date will still be honoured under the original terms.

Lucky Games offers sports betting on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, Esports and other sporting events. Bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Lucky Games does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to current market availability. Lucky Games does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for the duration of a match.
• Where an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the settlement rules applicable to that sport and market, as published on the Sports page.
• Obvious pricing errors — where the odds displayed are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will not be honoured. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Lucky Games reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Cricket betting rules: For a match to be valid for betting purposes, a minimum number of overs must be completed as specified in the relevant market rules. For PSL and T20 matches, this is typically five overs per side. Specific market rules for individual bet types (e.g., top batsman, total sixes) are stated within each market on the platform.

Slot games and fish games on the Lucky Games platform use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. All game results are independent of previous results — past outcomes have no influence on future spins or rounds.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is set by the game provider and is not adjustable by Lucky Games. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return across a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.

Fish games involve an element of player interaction in targeting; however, the value of fish and the probability of successful hits are governed by the game's underlying RNG parameters. Skill in targeting influences which fish you attempt to catch but does not override the game's probability mechanics.

Malfunctions or technical errors during a game session void all affected bets and pays for that round. Stake amounts for voided rounds will be returned to your account balance. Lucky Games is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions caused by factors outside its control, including your internet connection or device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lucky Games platform. Breach of any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or verification information.
• Operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the Lucky Games software or platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a bug or error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Using Lucky Games to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform in a way that disrupts the experience of other users or imposes unreasonable load on platform infrastructure.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Lucky Games staff via any communication channel.

Lucky Games is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on deposits. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous activity.
• Self-exclusion: Block access to your account for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion periods are enforced automatically and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.

We strongly encourage all players to set a PKR budget before each gaming session and to treat that amount as the maximum they are comfortable spending. Chasing losses — increasing bet sizes or continuing to deposit in an attempt to recover previous losses — is one of the most common ways a session becomes harmful. Lucky Games provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted, Lucky Games is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, server outage or connectivity failure.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of sports data, scores or statistics displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Lucky Games collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers where necessary to operate the platform and comply with anti-fraud obligations. All data processing is conducted in accordance with standard industry security practices.

You may request closure of your Lucky Games account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. On receipt of a closure request, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

Lucky Games reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• An account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Lucky Games is required to do so by applicable law or a lawful instruction from an authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, any real-money balance will be returned.

These Terms and Conditions are the complete and governing agreement between you and Lucky Games in respect of your use of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome or account decision, you should contact Lucky Games support in the first instance. We will review the matter and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

Lucky Games decisions regarding bet settlement, bonus eligibility and account status are final once the internal review process has been completed. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently, guided by these terms and the specific rules applicable to the product in question.
